In order to stimulate the enthusiasm of the company's employees to learn technology and practice skills, further improve the work skills of the company's production front-line employees, enhance the cohesion of the team, allow employees to fully display themselves, and promote mutual exchanges and learning with each other, Yongri Elevator Jiangsu Co., Ltd. and the Trade Union Committee Co-hosted the first employee skills competition.

In line with the principle of "discovering the fun of work and improving job skills", a leading group for the competition was established with the chairman of the trade union Mu Shaolin as the team leader and the trade union committee, production department, warehouse, human resources department, and craft equipment department as members. , responsible for the preparation, organization and implementation of this event. Twelve employees from the Quality Management Department, Materials Department, Mechanical Design Department, Production Department, Warehouse, Process Equipment Department and other departments formed a jury to supervise and review the competition.

After careful preparation, the competition officially kicked off on January 22, 2019. A total of 35 employees from the production department's cutting class, forming class, electric welding class, assembly class, electrical class and warehouse packing class actively participated in workshop drawing, electric welding , forklift, driving four individual project competition and workpiece recognition team project competition. The participating employees were eager and enthusiastic, and other employees watched and cheered for the contestants on the spot.

The competition lasted for three days and ended successfully on January 24, 2019. The first, second and third places were awarded for each project. At 9:00 a.m. on January 25th, the award ceremony was held.
