In order to better improve the overall management level of the company, enhance the working ability of employees, create a strong atmosphere for all employees to learn, and effectively promote the accumulation, sharing and inheritance of internal management experience and professional knowledge of the company. With the strong support of the company's leaders, the internal training in 2019 was carried out as scheduled. In January, four professional internal training courses were held: internal trainer training skills, elevator product structure, electrical knowledge and fault judgment, and shaft survey. All departments of the company actively participated, and a total of more than 80 employees received training. During the teaching process, the teacher explained in simple language, the employees actively discussed and participated enthusiastically, and the classroom atmosphere was very active.

Manager Zheng from the Human Resources Department taught the training skills of internal trainers, using an introductory teaching method, layer by layer progressive, interspersed with activity discussions, the students actively interacted and had strong interest in learning.

Minister Xu Guang of the Mechanical Design Department taught the elevator product structure, combining theory with practice, and gave a unique explanation of the elevator product structure.

Li Xiaogang, director of the Electrical Design Department, placed physical props when teaching electrical knowledge and fault judgment, which made the students more intuitive and easy to understand.

Deputy General Manager Li Jinwen asked students to conduct on-the-spot surveys and guided them to take the initiative to study and discuss when he lectured on well surveying.

The training ended successfully. Through the training and learning, the trainees responded well and benefited a lot, which not only improved their understanding and operational ability, but also broadened their work ideas. The trainees unanimously expressed that they will apply the knowledge they have learned to their work, improve work efficiency and work ability, and refuel for the development of Yongri Elevator!
