The first meeting of the Third Congress of Staff Representatives of Yongri Elevator was successfully held.
On July 19, 2019, Guangzhou Yongri Elevator Co., Ltd. held the first meeting of its third employee representative congress. Lin Zhaokang, the deputy general manager, and 44 employee representatives attended the meeting, which elected a new set of union committee members and auditing committee members.
The congress opened with a speech by Deputy General Manager Lin Zhaokang. In his speech, Deputy General Manager Lin wished the employee representative election congress a successful conclusion and hoped that the new union leadership would continue to uphold the excellent work style of previous union committees, carry on the baton, continue to move forward, play the role of the union well, and act as a bridge and link between the company and the employees.
At the meeting, Liang Yu, the chairman of the second union committee, delivered a work report: summarizing and reviewing the achievements and shortcomings of the union over the past three years, and addressing the new union leadership team, encouraging them to carry forward the excellent aspects, eliminate the shortcomings, improve what is lacking, and optimize management. He expressed confidence that under the leadership of the new union committee, the union's management would continue to improve and better serve the employees.
At the meeting, the second committee members presented the financial report and the auditing committee work report, analyzing the income and expenditure details of the union over the past three years. After review, it was determined that the union's fund income and expenditure accounts were clear, accurate, and the financial accounting work complied with regulations.
The meeting voted to elect the third union committee and the third auditing committee.
The meeting concluded with acceptance speeches from the elected representatives.
