Yongri Elevator Jiangsu Co., Ltd. and the labor union committee jointly held the first employee skills competition to inspire the company's employees' enthusiasm for learning technology and skills, further improve the work skills of the company's front-line production employees, enhance team cohesion, allow employees to fully showcase themselves, and promote mutual exchange and learning among each other.
Based on the principle of "discovering the fun of work and improving job skills," a competition activity leadership group was established, with Vice President Mu Shaolin, chairman of the labor union, as the group leader, and the labor union committee, production department, warehouse, human resources department, and process equipment department as members. This group was responsible for the preparation, organization, and implementation of the event. A judging committee composed of 12 employees from various departments, including the quality management department, materials department, mechanical design department, production department, warehouse, and process equipment department, supervised and reviewed the competition.
After careful preparation, the competition officially kicked off on January 22, 2019. A total of 35 employees from the material preparation class, forming class, welding class, assembly class, electrical class of the production department, and the warehouse packing class actively participated in the four individual project competitions (workshop drawing, welding, forklift, crane) and the workpiece identification team project competition. The participating employees were enthusiastic and eager to compete, while other employees watched and cheered them on.
Vice President Mu Shaolin gave a mobilization speech at the opening ceremony of the competition.

The competition lasted three days and concluded successfully on January 24, 2019, with first, second, and third place winners in each event. An award ceremony was held at 9:00 am on January 25th. Vice President Mu Shaolin, head of the competition activity leadership group, announced the winners of each competition and summarized the event. General Manager Lin Mingshun, Deputy General Manager Li Jinwen, Vice President Mu Shaolin, and relevant department heads presented certificates and souvenirs to the winners and took commemorative photos.

Participating employees all stated that this event provided a platform for employees to showcase their skills, truly reflecting their technical level. They also learned from others' strengths, saw their own shortcomings, and gained a clearer sense of direction and goals for their future work.
