To enhance the company's overall management level, improve employee work skills, cultivate a strong atmosphere of learning for all employees, and effectively promote the accumulation, sharing, and inheritance of internal management experience and professional knowledge. With the strong support of the company's leadership, internal training was carried out as scheduled in 2019. In January, four professional internal training courses were conducted: In-house trainer training techniques, elevator product structure, electrical knowledge and fault diagnosis, and hoistway surveying. Various departments of the company actively participated, with more than 80 employees receiving training. During the lectures, the teachers' explanations were clear and easy to understand, employees actively discussed and enthusiastically participated, and the classroom atmosphere was exceptionally lively.

Manager Zheng from the Human Resources Department lectured on in-house trainer training techniques, using an introductory teaching method, progressing layer by layer, interspersed with activity discussions. The trainees actively interacted, and their learning interest was strong.

Director Xu Guang from the Mechanical Design Department lectured on elevator product structure, connecting theory with practice, and gave a unique explanation of the elevator product structure.

Director Li Xiaogang from the Electrical Design Department lectured on electrical knowledge and fault diagnosis, using real objects as props, making it more intuitive and easier for trainees to understand.

Deputy General Manager Li Jinwen, during his lecture on hoistway surveying, had the trainees conduct on-site surveys, guiding them to actively learn and discuss.
The training ended successfully. Trainees gave positive feedback, indicating they benefited greatly. The training not only improved their understanding and operational skills but also broadened their work perspectives. The trainees unanimously expressed their intention to apply the knowledge learned to their work, improve work efficiency, enhance work skills, and contribute to the further development of Yongri Elevator!
